在新加坡私立教育机构学习，获颁的文凭证书已纳入中国教育部留学服务中心认证范围

为向更多新加坡留学人员提供认证服务，中国教育部留学服务中心在面向新加坡公立大学和理工学院提供认证服务的同时，也一直致力于将在有一定质量保障的新加坡私立教育机构学习获颁的文凭证书纳入认证范围。随着新加坡政府对其私立教育机构立法和质量保障机制的不断完善，目前在以下几类私立教育机构学习获颁的文凭证书已纳入中心认证范围：

一、私立大学

　　SIM University

　　（后更名为 Singapore University of Social Sciences,且现已转为公立大学）

二、获新加坡政府津贴的私立教育机构

　　1. Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts

　　2. LASALLE College of the Arts

三、依据2013年新加坡《私立教育法案豁免条例》豁免审查的外国大学分校

　　1. DigiPen Institute of Technology Singapore.

　　2. EDHEC Risk Institute – Asia.

　　3. ESSEC.

　4. German Institute of Science and Technology – TUM Asia.

5. INSEAD.

　6. S P Jain School of Global Management.

　　7. The University of Chicago Booth School of Business

　　8. Sorbonne-Assas International Law School – Asia.

　　9. New York University Tisch Asia School of the Arts（截止日期：2016年10月3日）

　　10. University of Nevada，Las Vegas（截止日期：2017年7月11日）

四、在新加坡私立教育理事会（CPE）注册，并获得信托之星（Edustar）的私立教育机构

　　James Cook University, Singapore Campus（证书颁发时间为2010年7月之后）

五、经与有关部门沟通，部分在新加坡私立教育理事会（CPE）注册，并获得4年期信托认证（Edutrust）的私立教育机构也将逐步被纳入认证范围

由于新加坡此类私立教育机构数量较多，颁发第三国文凭证书的情况较为复杂，为保护留学人员利益，中国教育部留学服务中心在与颁证机构建立沟通，充分了解其在新加坡的办学及合作情况，并建立有效核查渠道后，已将下列符合条件的文凭证书纳入认证范围（持续更新）：

请广大新加坡留学人员注意，留学服务中将依据相关教育机构获得新加坡私立教育理事会4年期信托认证的时间为限，仅为在此后获颁文凭证书的申请者提供认证服务，并依据《国（境）外学历学位认证评估办法》，对相应文凭证书进行个案评估后出具认证结果。

尚未纳入认证范围的文凭证书的获得者请暂时不要提交认证申请，可密切关注留学服务中心网站上对新加坡私立教育机构认证范围的持续更新，或转告颁证机构或新加坡私立教育机构通过认证咨询信箱（renzheng@cscse.edu.cn）与留学服务中心取得联系。
